Hi, folks! Dane here, and today I wanted to give you a little update on how things are going. It’s been a weird few months to say the least, but the good news is that I’ve been getting back to writing after having some sort of accidental break from it all.
The main thing that I’ve been working on recently is a ghost story about a teenage barmaid called Suki. It’s based on a real local legend and is for an anthology of horror BookTubers that I’m submitting to.
I’ve also been getting back to the rewrites of Meat, a horror novel set on a factory farm. I’ve had my first round of edits back, and so there are some pretty significant rewrites to do, but we’re making progress.
After that, I have the third and final round of edits to complete on Leipfold #3, a collection of short stories called Jailed and Other Stories. But there’s no rush on that one because we’re still gearing up to publish book #2, The Tower Hill Terror, which is due out in April of this year from Encircle Publications.
And once all that’s done, I can finally get back to writing my satirical novel, Monsters of Rock. It’s been on hold for a while, so it’ll be good to get back to it. I’ll hopefully update you on that sometime soon.
In the meantime, thanks as always for stopping by and sharing your support, and be sure to give me a follow on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter for more. I’ll see you soon!
