This book was a lot of fun! First off, I should point out that Rufus Purdy isn’t the author of this book – he’s the editor. Your authors are James Hannah, Julie Nuernberg, Tim Glencross, Kate Bulpitt, Theresa Howes, Julia Armfield, Stephen Jones, Ivan Salcedo, Christina Prado, Lisa Berry, Emily Simpson, Kate Hamer, Sarah Drinkwater and Annabelle Thorpe.
Between them, the authors are the cream of the crop, and this line-up includes a number of traditionally published authors and award–winners. Not all of the stories were to my liking, but all of them were of a professional standard, and they all followed the central theme of unwritten rules even if they did occasionally stretch it a little bit. A good read!
