This book was a lot of fun, although I’ll also concede that if you’re new to Enid Blyton or if you’re unfamiliar with the political landscape and the conversations that centred around Brexit then it’s not going to make much sense to you. It’s a parody and that’s important to remember, but if you bear that in mind and you still like the sound of it then you’re going to love it. Plus it parodies both sides of the debate.
