Seneca is a Stoic philosopher, and so far, I’ve really enjoyed all of his work. He has a lot of food for thought, and his words are surprisingly relevant even today.

In this short volume, he talks mostly about our attitude towards time and the way that we’re wasting our lives in different ways. He has particularly harsh words for people who while away their lives drinking alcohol and waiting for the night. That was me until a few years ago.
