Title: Bonjour Tristesse
Author: Francoise Sagan
Page Count/Review Word Count: 112
This book was beautifully written and quite a lot of fun, even though it’s one of those that really just deals with life, rather than anything exotic or unusual. What’s perhaps most interesting of all is that Sagan was only eighteen when she wrote it.
Given that it’s such a short read with so much packed into it, you’d be crazy to pass this one up. There’s a reason why it’s held up as a must-read book, and I’m super glad that I found it going cheap at a charity book exchange.
