This is the fifth Kirk Sandblaster book that I’ve read so far, and I think it’s my joint favourite along with Kirk Sandblaster Faces Tetrageddon. Here, we basically have a battle royale type of scenario on the planet of Yloria, and Kirk Sandblaster enters the game because he’s a space adventurer and that’s the kind of thing that space adventurers do.

The great thing about these books is that they can be read out of order if needed. Sandblaster can be a bit of a douche, but he’s a douche by design and he’s offset perfectly by his two-headed sidekick, Xlaar.
