I feel a bit harsh about the low rating here, because I went to university with the book’s author. Unfortunately, it was just difficult to read, with spelling and grammar mistakes all over the place – it needed spell-checking and then editing, and then perhaps the story might’ve shone through the murk of the linguistics.
